Charge Conference

The 2010 Clergy Salary and Benefits Package form is now available and posted on the Cal-Pac website, along with revised Guidelines. Also available are estimated health and dental insurance rates for 2010.

These forms are common to all districts. They are available in two formats, depending on the software you are using: Microsoft Word (select .doc or .dot) - download (when prompted, select 'Save'), complete, print and save on your computer Adobe Acrobat Reader (select .pdf) - download and print, fill in by hand (or if the form has form fields in it, fill out on your computer then print) - All .pdf forms require Adobe Reader 7.0 which you may download http://www.adobe.com (using earlier versions of Reader/Acrobat will corrupt the form).
